观音菩萨是大慈大悲的象征，寻声救苦，随类现身，千处祈求千处应，是众生的依怙，更是学习的榜样。与其在苦海中沉沦，坐等菩萨救护，何不效学观音菩萨发心，学习以广大智慧与慈悲心量，帮助自他离苦得乐？  

 来临10月21日是农历九月十九观世音菩萨出家日，在这个殊胜的日子里，雪隆万福佛学院将会于10月20日及10月21日举办《观音出家日》法会，诚邀大家于观音出家日，学习菩萨的精神，诵经吃素，行善集资！  

  Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva (Guan Yin) is a symbol of great compassion and love, seeking to alleviate suffering and appearing wherever needed.

On the 19th day of the ninth lunar month, which falls on October 21st this year, is the Day of Renunciation for Guan Yin. In conjunction with this auspicious day, KL/Sel Ban Foo Buddhist Organisation will be organizing the “Avalokitesvara’s Renunciation Day” puja on October 20th and 21st. We sincerely invite everyone to join us on this auspicious day to learn about the spirit of the Bodhisattva, recite scriptures, enjoy vegetarian meals, and engage in acts of kindness and merits collection.
