2024观音殿平安灯 2024 GYH Light Offering

“无垢清净光　慧日破诸暗　能伏灾风火　普明照世间”
在《观音灵异记》中记载，常念这四句偈，以观世音菩萨的威神力加被，能治眼睛的病。 

 常年照明一千尊琉璃观音像，
 愿能净除心中的杂染尘垢，让身语意清净皎洁，慈悲悦意。
 愿得菩萨太阳般光明的智慧，破除一切黑暗，照亮整个世间。 

祈请菩萨点亮自他的心路，助我等增长智慧与慈悲，昼夜恒时平安吉祥。  

 供养时期：2024全年

“His undefiled light of purity, Is the wisdom-sun dispelling all darkness, Which can quell winds and fires that bring disaster, And illuminate the world universally.” 

 In one of The Guan Yin Inspirational stories, it is written that, frequent recitation of this verse, could obtain wonderful blessing from Guan Yin Boddhisattva, healing disease of the eyes.  

Light up 1000 Guan Yin Bodhisattva glass statues for a year,
May I be able to cleanse the defilements and dust in my heart, making my body, speech and mind clean and clear, with compassion and joy.
May the bodhisattva’s wisdom alike the sun’s brightness, break though all darkness, lighten up the whole world.  

Supplicate that bodhisattva could lighten up our heart, help us increase wisdom and compassion, obtain peace and auspicious all year round.
