佛陀的诞生地，历史悠久，意义深远。公元前565年，迦毗罗卫国的王后摩耶夫人在乘马车回娘家途中，途经兰毗尼花园。当时，摩耶夫人见到园中奇花异草、池水清澈芬芳，心生喜悦，便下车游园并在池中沐浴。沐浴之后，摩耶夫人手扶树枝，便在此地诞下了乔达摩·悉达多太子 （佛陀），开启了佛教历史的伟大篇章。

兰毗尼是梵文“可爱”的意思。佛陀出生于兰毗尼园、成道于菩提迦耶、佛陀初转法轮于鹿野苑、涅槃于拘尸那罗。

功德-所生之处。常在人天。受乐果报。无有穷尽。

Lumbini is a Sanskrit word which means “lovely” or “delightful.” The Buddha was born in Lumbini Garden, attained enlightenment in Bodh Gaya, gave his first teaching in Deer Park, and entered Parinirvana in Kushinagar.

Wherever one is reborn, one will always be among humans and celestial beings,
enjoying blissful karmic rewards that are endless and inexhaustible.
